My huge post of suggestions...
Some feedback for beavy.
Area Chat:
Well, many people do not use area chat because it is quite cumbersome. You have to hit U, then click in the window, then type, then hit send. A lot of mouse moving for 1 sentence. I suggest that it be changed so that it is like all other chatboxes, that the cursor already start in the box, and it send the message with a press of the enter key, not a mouse click.
Classes:
I say that the class system be reworked into a larger group of more specialized classes. Just like before. The east, north and southern troop types are really repetitive.Possibly it could be possible to make it more than 2 factions at a time. I think it should maybe be more like this:
Nobles & Soldiers
Noble
Minor Noble
Knight
Guard
Militia
Mercenary
Peasants & Workers
Peasant
Townsman
Merchant
Tavern Keep
Traveler
Minstrel
Bandits & Outlaws
Sea Raider
Steppe/Tundra Bandit
Forest Bandit
Mtn. Bandit
Assassin
Money Transfer
The mod NEEDS a money transfer system. Like in the ESC menu, a option like to "Give Money"
Then an option to say give
1 denar
5 denars
10 denars
25 denars
50 denars
100 denars
1000 denars
This allows for commerce and payment of Mercenaries/Guards
Unlimited Item Drop
Fright now, items that are dropped can not be picked up after 30 seconds. This needs to be changed.
Item Selection
Right now, the item selection is a hindrance. It just limits the stuff that you can get, even if the RP requires it.
I know it was put there to prevent totally badass characters from running around, but the RP'rs should be the judge, and the law, when it comes to that kind of stuff. What if someone wanted to be an arrow merchant? That would be a problem.
New animations
We really need some new animations to make it more immersive.
Anims we need
Sit
Crouch
Kneel
Maybe some ones like wave, etc.
Walking
This 100% needs to be added in. It sucks to have to run everywhere.
I hope you read this post beaver, and put some of these changes in.

I Agree with everything even though the classes might be a LOT of work.
Also with money transfer comes Item transfer, if that could be added it would be perfect
Also changing outfits without dying could be kinda awesome, but impossible I think, as the game is not made for it.

A lot of 'we really need X', I see.
Area Chat: iirc Beaver already said that he can't make it like other chats.
Money Transfer System: No, it doesn't. Everything that can be bought is free, so that it is used at the discretion of the RPers. You can just say, I give you X denars, and they might buy new armor or a weapon or something.
Classes: no. All your proposed idea does is take the current classes and divide them into three teams. You can be any of the classes you mentioned with the current class system, and you don't need to reload the game. What if you want bandits, peasants, and nobles?
